Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location and carrier delays. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on the way.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, Ixora Life ships to customers in the United States only. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free US shipping on orders over $65. Orders under $65 may have a standard shipping rate shown at checkout.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to update the shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can help.

How do I request a return or refund?
Email us with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds are usually processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Can I return a used product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, some opened or used personal-care items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us and we will review your situation.

Can I return a digital product?
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital product sales are generally final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you have trouble accessing your download, receive the wrong file, or experience a technical issue, contact us and we will help resolve it.

Are your products safe?
Our products are selected from suppliers we believe align with our quality standards. However, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have specific health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before use.

Do your products make medical claims?
No. Ixora Life products are designed to support wellness, comfort, self-care, and daily routines. We do not claim that our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.

Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
Some of our products may be vegan or cruelty-free, depending on the product. Please check the individual product description for the most accurate details.

How long do the products last?
Product lifespan depends on the item and how it is used. Tools like acupressure mats, gua sha sets, sleep masks, and silk pillowcases can last a long time with proper care. Supplements and sprays vary based on serving size and frequency of use.

Digital Products

How do I access my digital download?
After purchase, you should receive an email with access to your digital download. If you do not receive it, contact us with your order number and we will help.

Can I share my digital download?
No. Digital downloads are for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, uploaded, or shared.

Can I access my digital product on my phone?
Yes. Digital products can usually be accessed on a phone, tablet, or computer.

Can I cancel my order?
